• Indications

  This product is primarily used for the treatment of  deficiencies in congenital and acquired coagulation factors II, VII, IX, and X (alone or in combination) including:

  1. coagulation factor IX deficiency (hemophilia B), and coagulation factor II, VII, and X deficiencies; 

  2. anticoagulant overdose, vitamin K deficiency; 

  3. patients with bleeding due to liver disease requiring correction of coagulation dysfunction; 

  4. the occurrence of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), in which coagulation factors II, VII, IX and X are heavily depleted and can be applied after heparinization 

  5. patients undergoing surgery for prolonged prothrombin time due to various causes, but may not be effective in patients with coagulation factor V deficiency; 

  6. treatment of bleeding symptoms in patients with hemophilia A who have developed factor VIII inhibitor; 

  7. reversal of bleeding induced by coumarin-based anticoagulants.
